Based in Tempe NSW, the role is permanent, full-time with 76 hours per fortnight and a minimum of 3 days on-site. You will leverage SQL, Python and Power BI to influence country performance and customer experience.

As the Data Analyst for IKEA Australia & New Zealand, you will drive our data-driven approach by extracting and sharing powerful insights from data. Your expertise will directly influence present and future decisions on country performance and strategy, ultimately contributing to a better experience for our customers and helping us create a better everyday life for the many. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
You have a strong foundation in data analysis, encompassing data mining techniques, modern visualisation software (e.g. PowerBI), and expertise in SQL and scripting languages like Python for sharing insights. Your knowledge extends to probability, statistics (including A/B testing), and an understanding of leveraging large datasets for improved business decision-making. You thrive in cross-disciplinary environments, balancing speed with rigor, and possess excellent communication skills for compelling data storytelling to diverse audiences. Crucially, you understand the complexity of the IKEA business and the integrated role of data & analytics within it.
