Job summary

Talent International – Greater Geelong VIC is seeking a Data Analyst to transform people data into actionable insights and strategic reporting. You will develop dashboards, analyze workforce trends, and partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance data quality and governance.

The role requires advanced analytics skills, experience with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik, and strong storytelling to influence senior leadership decisions. Public sector or large corporate experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, Workforce Analytics or BI.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Advanced SQL, SAS or similar data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS platforms (Aurion highly regarded).
• Experience developing dashboards and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience within a large corporate or public sector environment is highly regarded.
