Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of a major Federal Government agency for an experienced Data Analyst to influence strategic decision-making, develop trusted datasets, and contribute to a nationally important program shaping Australia's security and capabilities.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will develop and maintain datasets, create insightful reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, and support workforce planning with rigorous analytics for high-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with managing complex datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in government or highly regulated environments is desirable.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 security clearance.
