Responsibilities

• Identify and capture leads.
• Develop account/location sales plans and targets.
• Gather market activity intelligence.
• Collect competitor intelligence and assess market share.
• Collect market size intelligence.
• Participate in market segmentation and support GeoUnit strategy review.
• Deliver annual assigned revenue targets.
• Capture leads and opportunities to apply differentiated technologies and solution packages.
• Promote cross-domain, multi-domain, and multi-division solutions.
• Understand and proactively manage customer challenges.
• Develop ideas based on customer needs within GeoUnit and business line.
• Contribute to HQ product and solutions development cycles.
• Advise on technical requirements and bid clarifications for complex bids.
• Participate in internal and customer knowledge sharing.
• Provide mentoring and professional development support for employees.
• Maintain industry visibility through societies, events, and papers.
• Demonstrate integrity and HSE as differentiators.
