Silverchain Group is a leading Australian home care and health services provider seeking a Senior Data & AI Lead to translate strategic outcomes into an integrated analytics roadmap. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering scalable data, analytics and AI solutions that improve workforce productivity, reporting capability and decision-making.

The role requires proven experience in data governance, platform ecosystems (ERP/HRIS/SAP, ServiceNow) and modern BI, automation and AI services,

Competenze

Tertiary qualification in data/analytics or related discipline or substantial equivalent experience.
Experience leading data, reporting and AI-enabled transformation in a large organisation.
Experience with ERP/HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Ability to establish trusted management reporting and common metrics.
