Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital business/BA role.
- Experience identifying and quantifying manual processes for automation.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and low-code platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Analyse end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies and risks.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps and designs.
- Translate opportunities into solution designs, backlogs and plans.
- Support delivery with requirements management, testing and validation.
- Lead change management and adoption activities for new tools.
