Butterfly Foundation is seeking a Data Administrator to ensure the integrity and quality of data within our CRM, with a focus on the referral database. You will work closely with the Helpline team and other CRM users to maintain accurate information and enable efficient reporting.
The role requires experience in data administration, CRM platforms, and a collaborative, not-for-profit mindset. Flexible hybrid work in Sydney is offered, with a 0.6 FTE commitment and a permanent contract.

Butterfly Foundation is Australia’s national charity for eating disorders and body image issues, providing a voice for those affected and the people who care for them. Eating disorders are severe and complex mental illnesses with physical complications, and the medical, psychological, physical and social consequences can be long term and for many, life threatening.
Butterfly advocates for improved services from government, health and mental health organisations, and the eating disorder sector, raising awareness in the media and via community engagement. Butterfly runs Australia’s only national Eating Disorders Helpline, seven days a week; evidence-based clinical treatment and support programs; and delivers prevention initiatives in schools and the community to combat negative body image issues.
About the Role
The Data Administrator is responsible for the integrity, quality, and maintenance of organisational data within Butterfly Foundation’s CRM environment, with a primary focus on the referral database. This role ensures that data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose, supporting the Helpline team and other CRM users to operate effectively. The Data Administrator works closely with internal teams to manage data quality, support reporting needs, and maintain the referral database as a reliable and scalable organisational resource.
