Job summary

Butterfly Foundation is seeking a Data Administrator to ensure the integrity and quality of data within our CRM, with a focus on the referral database. You will work closely with the Helpline team and other CRM users to maintain accurate information and enable efficient reporting.

The role requires experience in data administration, CRM platforms, and a collaborative, not-for-profit mindset. Flexible hybrid work in Sydney is offered, with a 0.6 FTE commitment and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data administration, data quality management, or CRM administration.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical data work.
• Experience with CRM platforms, databases, or similar data systems.
• Ability to develop and apply data management rules and standards.
• Strong communication skills to train non-technical users.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a part-time role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience in not-for-profit or NGO environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, focusing on the referral database.
• Develop and document data management processes, rules for record creation, updates, archiving, and deletion.
• Provide user support and reporting assistance to Helpline and CRM users with data-related queries.
• Assist with CRM configuration, enhancements, and data migration projects as needed.
