Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain an ASIC and valid passport.
• English language requirements include IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Announce and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.
• Direct and assist passengers during emergencies.
• Provide high levels of passenger support, including unaccompanied minors and nervous travellers.
• Assist in cabin cleaning between flights to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with pilot-in-command on operational requirements.
