• Priorsales experience and/or training (John Deere range a bonus!).
• Solid understanding of local market conditions.
• Knowledge of resale values of particular machinery (or willing to learn).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A solid team member that enjoys collaboration between Parts, Sales and Service
• Being a strong problem solver and one that is able to think on run.

Responsibilities

• Record and track sales activity using company systems.
• Use manufacturer programs to grow market share.
• Promote products and services to meet sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Stay informed on competitors and industry trends.
• Conduct field demos and operate machinery on-site.
• Assess used equipment for trade-in value.
• Work with Sales Manager/Admin to manage orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and pickup.
• Provide expert support to customers and partners.
• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory and monthly stock takes.
• Work with an engaged team to provide the best possible customer service.
• Being located in the Darwin you will be required to travel various distances to demonstrate, showcase and support our product range.
