Job summary

Emmetts is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to cover the Pinnaroo region, driving sales of mid to large agricultural machinery and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will build strong relationships with farmers, promote John Deere equipment, and travel regionally as required. A company vehicle and a highly rewarding commission structure are part of the offering to support your success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in agriculture or machinery.
• John Deere experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer relationships.
• Self-motivation with a results-driven approach.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities.
• Promote and sell the latest John Deere machinery and precision ag solutions.
• Provide tailored advice to improve customer productivity and efficiency.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, technical expertise, and value.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive territory management and exceptional customer service.
