Build On Services Pty is seeking a Construction Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement for a major Darwin project on a full-time contract. You will manage procurement of materials, equipment, plant and subcontract packages, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment and compliance with WHS and quality standards.

With 5–12 years in construction procurement, especially Tier 1 involvement, you will negotiate terms, manage supplier performance and drive efficiencies across the supply

Formación

• 5–10+ years in construction procurement, incl. Tier 1 experience.
• Proven tendering, bid evaluation and supplier negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Australian procurement practice and contract principles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to program and budget.
• Prepare tender packages; run RFQ and evaluate bids on price and compliance.
• Negotiate terms; issue PO, supply agreements and subcontracts.
• Source and manage suppliers, including long-lead marine and fabricated items.
• Expedite orders, track deliveries, manage logistics and remote supply chains.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams on specs and delivery dates.
• Monitor costs, report on forecast, variations and commitments.
