Job summary

Foundation Recruitment & Contracting Australia seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager to lead the commercial delivery on a major construction project in Darwin, NT. The role is site-based, Monday to Friday, with potential to extend leadership to additional projects.

You will bring extensive contract management experience in Tier 1 or high-profile built environments, including forecasting, claims, variations, and procurement. Jobpac experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Contract administration and commercial management experience on major construction projects.
• Forecasting, claims handling and upstream/downstream notices.
• Variations, commercial registers and monthly reporting.
• Procurement, tendering and contract negotiations.
• D&C delivery on complex built-environment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function on a major construction project.
• Report directly to the Project Manager.
• Manage contractual and financial performance of the project.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contract negotiations.
• Potential to lead commercial delivery across multiple projects.
