Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience leading a retail sales team in financial services.
• Vocational qualification in financial services, sales or team leadership.
• Strong service orientation with coaching ability.
• Ability to grow member base and product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Darwin branch team to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance outcomes.
• Ensure operational efficiency, compliance and strong team cohesion.
• Promote Defence Bank within Defence and industry partners to grow membership and portfolios.
• Foster a positive sales culture and advocate for Defence Bank products.
• Review and, within delegation, approve lending applications and related processes.
