Airport Development Group in Darwin is seeking a highly organized Terminal Customer Experience Officer to support the Terminal Operations Manager, coordinate terminal activities, and respond to tenant and passenger queries to ensure safety and smooth operations.

You will build relationships with airlines, regulators and partners, drive customer service improvements, manage service contracts, and assist with records and invoicing in a busy airport environment.
