Job summary

Airport Development Group (ADG) is seeking a highly organized Terminal Customer Experience Officer in the Northern Territory. You will support the Terminal Operations Manager, coordinate terminal activities, and respond to tenant and passenger queries, ensuring safety and smooth operations in a busy airport environment.

You will build strong relationships with airlines, regulators and partners, drive customer service improvements, manage service contracts, and help with records, invoicing,

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in high-interaction settings.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable liaison with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and data records management.
• Eligible for Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and NT driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Terminal Operations Manager and the wider team in day-to-day operations, contingency planning and risk management.
• Coordinate terminal activities, car park operations and respond to tenant queries; oversee minor facilities works.
• Manage service contracts to ensure quality and performance; maintain records and support invoice processing.
• Monitor costs and help ensure WHS, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a visible impact in a high-profile environment.
