Job summary

Clemenger Field Marketing, on behalf of Danone Oceania, seeks a results‑driven Field Sales Representative to drive distribution and in‑store execution across the Independent Grocery channel in Greater Sydney, with occasional travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands and Wollongong. You will build relationships with stores and MSOs to grow Danone’s brands.

The ideal candidate has experience in Retail/FMCG sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent time

Qualifications

• Relvant experience in sales-based roles in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and a positive attitude.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution through sell-in of core products and NPD.
• Negotiate shelf space to increase market share.
• Maximise upcoming and current promotions.
• Drive sales results in the assigned territory.
• Manage the territory and develop strong store relationships.
• Implement layouts in stores.
• Report insights and feedback from field activity.

In this role, you will representDanonein the Independent Grocery channel, working acrossGreater Sydneywith occasional travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands & Wollongong.You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi‑site operators (MSOs) to drive distribution and sales, increasing market share and category performance of Danone’s iconic brands through opportunity‑based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships
