Job summary

CGL – Retail Services is recruiting for a dynamic sales professional to represent Danone Oceania in the Independent Grocery channel across Greater Sydney with occasional travel to surrounding areas. This full-time field-based role focuses on building relationships with stores and multi-site operators to grow distribution and increase brand performance.

You will drive sell-in, negotiate shelf space, and maximise promotional activity, reporting insights while working autonomously with a reliable

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sales-based roles in Retail and FMCG.
• Experience with Independent Grocery channels is highly favourable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.

In this role, you will representDanonein the Independent Grocery channel, working acrossGreater Sydneywith occasional travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands & Wollongong.You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi‑site operators (MSOs) to drive distribution and sales, increasing market share and category performance of Danone’s iconic brands through opportunity‑based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
• Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships
• Implementation of layoutsReporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.
