Job summary

K&S Corporation is seeking an experienced allocator/scheduler to coordinate day-to-day transport operations within the Dangerous Goods division. You will manage documentation, scheduling, and fleet coordination, ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends on a roster. Training and support are provided to develop expertise in dangerous goods operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport & logistics operations.
• Proven customer service delivery and excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem solve when issues arise.

Responsibilities

• Complete and monitor documentation for deliveries, compliant with legal and customer expectations.
• Prepare paperwork for daily deliveries including con notes and delivery dockets.
• Schedule rosters to meet fatigue laws and coordinate fleet resources for safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and service requirements; report delays due to breakdowns or weather.
