Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking a D365 Technical Support professional to join our hybrid team in Sydney or Melbourne. You will perform hands-on coding, support code management, and help manage Dev Environments, builds and deployments, ensuring work items meet acceptance criteria.

The role requires a solid technical background in software development and D365 Finance and Operations, strong problem solving, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform upgrades and

Qualifications

Solid technical background with hands-on software development experience and D365 Finance and Operations.
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives end-to-end from concept to delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Hands on coding and delivering of assigned tasks
Assist Technical lead in the management of Code, Dev Environments, Builds and Deployments
Ensure prioritized work items are being developed and tested in accordance with the acceptance criteria
Act as a product / solution evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the platform
Create and implement automated, test scripts where applicable
Plan, test and execute platform and software upgrades
