Job summary

Sonata Software in Sydney is seeking a D365 Technical Support specialist to join our hybrid team. You will contribute to hands-on coding, deployments, and platform upgrades while collaborating with the technical lead to manage environments and releases.

You must possess a solid technical background in software development and D365 Finance & Operations, with strong problem solving and communication skills to drive platform adoption and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and D365 Finance & Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives end to end from concept through delivery.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Hands on coding and delivering of assigned tasks.
• Assist Technical lead in managing code, dev environments, builds and deployments.
• Ensure prioritized work items are developed and tested per acceptance criteria.
• Act as a product/solution evangelist to build awareness of the platform.
• Plan, test and execute platform and software upgrades.
