Job summary

Noumi Limited in Shepparton is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to expertly manage inbound and outbound goods in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will safely operate forklifts, perform pre-start checks, pick, pack, stage and dispatch customer orders, and support production with materials management, while upholding safety, quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a valid forklift licence with at least 2 years of high reach experience, are detail-oriented, dependable, able to work

The Opportunity

At Noumi, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers—on time, every time. We’re currently looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our Shepparton team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods while supporting our key performance goal: DIFOT (Deliver In Full & On Time).

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end handling of inbound and outbound goods, supporting production, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and compliance.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced FMCG environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Safely operate forklifts in line with site procedures and traffic management plans

Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and maintains equipment standards

Accurately pick, pack, stage, and dispatch customer orders

Receive, label, and store inbound goods (raw materials, packaging, finished goods)

Support production by managing materials for work orders

What you’ll bring

Valid forklift licence with minimum 2 years high reach (double deep) experience

Strong commitment to safety and compliance

Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems

Background in FMCG or fast-paced warehouse environments (preferred)

Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
