Job summary

Sense Recruitment is seeking an ERP Data & Integration Analyst in Western Australia, aligned to a major D365 F&O implementation for a mining and logistics business. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to review data requirements, validate designs and ensure seamless data movement across systems.

You’ll analyse data flows, investigate gaps, and support data migration and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience on ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows and how different business applications connect.
• Confidence gathering, reviewing and challenging requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience running SQL queries and data migration/validation activities.
• Ability to collaborate with external implementation partners to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Review integration and data requirements with business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.
• Review existing designs, identify gaps, risks and overlooked items.
• Consolidate stakeholder requests, clarify requirements and assist final design sign-off.
• Map how data moves between D365 F&O and other systems to meet operational needs.
• Identify where additional technical input is required and coordinate with specialists.
• Run queries, extract and analyse data to investigate issues and support decisions.
• Support data migration, testing, reconciliation and integration activities as the project progresses.
• Ensure solutions are practical, supportable and aligned with business needs.
