Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is partnering with a reputable organization to find a Junior D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to develop within a stable environment while supporting day-to-day operations across D365 F&O.

Ideal candidates will have some experience with ERP systems and a background in finance or accounting. The position allows for 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home, making it a great opportunity for growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with D365 F&O or similar ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Australian Permanent Residency, Citizenship, or NZ Citizenship (essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets and service requests.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues.
• Support finance-related processes, including invoicing and finance modules.
• Assist with system administration and ongoing application support.

Skills

• Develop a strong understanding of the business to operate more independently over time

About you:

• Preivous experience with D365 F&O or similar ERP systems
• Background in finance, accounting, or working towards CPA highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Australian Permanent Residency, Citizenship, or NZ Citizenship (essential)
