Job summary

Element 25 Limited is seeking a Senior D365 Professional to lead the Supply Chain & Digital Solutions team in Western Australia. You will design, configure, test and implement D365 F&O across SCM, Asset, Inventory and Maintenance modules, while driving integration with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and AI-enabled analytics.

You will work with stakeholders, partners and vendors to ensure scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with the Pit-to-Port strategy, and you will manage deployments,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in similar roles.
• Experience across D365 F&O modules: Asset, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Maintenance, Work Orders.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and data warehousing.
• Experience with APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform integrations.
• Ability to document architecture and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process mapping workshops to expand on requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Document functional specifications and assist in customization of D365 modules.
• Support implementation of Microsoft Fabric data architecture and dashboards.
• Develop and validate KPI frameworks and AI-driven analytics.
• Coordinate testing, data migration and cutover activities with stakeholders.
• Ensure security, compliance and architecture reviews are in place.
