Job summary

My Muscle Chef Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a hands-on D365 F&O Specialist to optimize how our manufacturing site uses ERP for warehouse, inventory, and production. This on-site role puts you on the floor as the first contact for ERP issues, with a focus on root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes.

You will expand D365 usage beyond current teams (QA, Kitchen, Production), document changes, train end-users, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 SCM modules in live business.
• Knowledge of data entities and OData; comfortable querying with SQL/Power BI.
• Able to assess fixes and distinguish defects from config gaps.

Responsibilities

• Triage, fix, or escalate D365 issues across Logistics, Inventory and Production.
• Own warehouse configuration, locations, directives, and processes.
• Improve inventory accuracy with FEFO, batch expiry, cycle counts, reconciliations.
• Move QA/Kitchen/Production processes into D365; write SOPs and train users.
• Diagnose, test in UAT and document changes before production; liaise with ERP partner.
