Job summary

Talent Web in Sydney is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own the technology environment for an established Australian organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a small team and oversee D365 Finance, cybersecurity, IT strategy, governance, applications, infrastructure and vendor relationships.

This hands-on leadership role requires a commercially minded technology executive who can set direction while delivering day-to-day IT operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT with strategy, operations and project delivery.
• Strong D365 experience across applications and business perspective.
• Strong cyber security experience, including governance, risk and controls.
• Experience managing MSPs, technology vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Strong IT governance and ITIL knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executives and senior leaders.
• Hands-on approach balancing strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the organisation's technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Collaborate with executives, MSPs, vendors and system integrators.
• Lead D365 Finance management and enhancements.
• Strengthen cyber security posture and risk controls.
• Oversee IT projects, delivery on time and budget.
• Support IT integration for acquisitions.
• Provide board-level IT performance reporting.
• Drive governance, policies and technology standards.
• Manage IT environment across applications, infrastructure and security.
