Job summary

The Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) leads the Australian Government’s efforts to improve cyber security and supports the National Cyber Defence Program. The Test Manager will oversee planning, coordination and control of testing activities across agile releases, driving continuous improvements across the STLC within an integrated team.

Contract role based in Canberra with NV1 clearance requirements; offsite arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing all aspects of the test management process (planning, design, execution, monitoring, reporting).
• Mentoring team members in testing standards, processes and best practices.
• Verification of ICT infrastructure (physical and virtual), CI/CD solutions, client/server software.
• Experience defining test cases, scenarios and scripts from business requirements and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing the role testing plays within the organisation and the release scope.
• Defining the scope of testing within each delivery and release.
• Deploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandate.
