Strong ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and complex matrix environments.
Proven track record of developing long‑term customer relationships and revenue growth.

Provide strategic leadership to regional sales teams and align resources.
Develop long‑term customer relationship strategies aligned with CyberCX objectives.
Identify new product and service opportunities from market trends and customer needs.
Maintain business‑winning standards with reporting to executive leadership and board.
Drive sales objectives with market intelligence, forecasting, and campaign plans.
Coach and mentor customer teams to develop effective sales strategies and metrics.
