Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking Cortex Customer Success Architects to empower client protection against cyberattacks and strengthen security processes. This role focuses on automating security operations, attack surface management, and coordinating with customers, partners and colleagues to deliver value throughout the engagement.

The team emphasizes hands-on technical work, collaboration with product and engineering, and producing customer-facing documentation to scale coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with development and maintenance of scripts in Python.
• Experience with security design and architecture, content development and workload automation.
• Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW and their ecosystems.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with attack surface management is a plus.
• Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Fluent English is a requirement; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Time to value: guide deployment and customization of XDR/XSIAM across the customer lifecycle.
• Product Experts: act as product SME, assist with questions and technical requests.
• Collaboration: work with product and engineering to maximize product value for customers.
• Digital First: translate knowledge into articles and guides for customers.
