Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Sydney is seeking a Technical Delivery Architect for Cortex Professional Services to be the definitive technical authority for the regional deployment team. You will define the gold standard for deploying Cortex platforms—XDR, XSOAR, and Cortex Cloud posture—with primary focus on Cortex XSIAM, translating visions into repeatable deployment methodologies for the consulting team.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience deploying, architecting, and optimizing SIEM, SOAR, and SOC technologies in large enterprise environments.
Deep technical expertise in log parsing, normalization, enrichment, and detection engineering across Cortex XSIAM, Cortex Cloud, XSOAR, XDR.
Proven ability to design scalable methodologies and translate concepts into actionable workflows.

Responsibilities

Own Deployment Methodologies: design, document, and govern technical blueprints and deployment standards.
Act as Technical Bridge: translate roadmaps into actionable deployment executions.
Lead Escalations: unblock consultants with advanced technical challenges.
Interface with Core Tech Teams: align with TAC, COE, and Product Management.
Enable the Team: mentor and QA consultant deliverables; drive AI-driven SOC and cloud security upgrades.
