Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering cyber security uplift, compliance, risk management, resilience, or transformation programs.
• Experience contributing to or leading enterprise cyber security strategy development.
• Proven capability in developing costed, multi-year cyber security roadmaps and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise cyber security strategies across IT and OT.
• Assess current-state cyber security maturity against standards and obligations.
• Prepare investment-ready business cases with options analysis, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Provide governance, reporting, and executive-ready recommendations.
