Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Strategy & Consulting Manager to lead project teams and act as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations.

You will guide consultants, drive delivery and client relations across the engagement life cycle, from identifying opportunities to closure, applying deep cyber security knowledge to shape strategic risk and privacy outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience at a global consulting firm or large technology company in cyber security.
• Ability to communicate ideas with structure, clarity, and precision.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading others to build capabilities and deliver high quality outcomes.
• Track record of delivering impactful client outcomes through high-quality delivery and team management.
• Strategic mindset with understanding of how engagements fit into broader business context.
• Experience identifying opportunities and helping qualify and sell engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of Strategy & Consulting specialists.
• Act as trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations.
• Provide direction and support to consultants as part of engagement teams.
• Build client trust by communicating with influence and delivering excellence.
• Contribute to client engagement life cycle from opportunity identification to delivery and closure.
• Manage client relations throughout ongoing engagements.
