• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives.
• Confidence in providing clear advice and recommendations to senior leaders.
• The ability to remain calm, focused and adaptable in fast-moving and changing environments.
• Sound judgement when balancing risk, delivery outcomes and organisational priorities.
• A collaborative approach that brings people together to solve complex challenges.
• Strong project planning and governance experience, with a focus on achieving quality outcomes.
• A genuine interest in helping organisations build stronger cyber resilience and security capability.
