Job summary

eHealth NSW is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the risk, quality and progress of small to medium cyber security ICT projects. You will manage planning, delivery, reporting and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

This role may require travel across NSW Health sites; a current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel will support success. Hybrid flexibility and an attractive salary are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium and/or complex cyber security technical projects in a large organisation, delivering within scope, time, budget and quality standards.
• Strong capability across the project management lifecycle: planning, resourcing, budgeting, reporting and governance.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or Management, with project management certification (PRINCE2 or PMP) highly regarded; strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver small to medium Cyber Security ICT projects with appropriate tools and governance.
• Coordinate project teams and resources to meet milestones within scope, time and budget.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues and budgets with clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support successful delivery.
