TPG Telecom is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - Customer Experience to drive analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation across CX operations. You will partner with Finance and CX leaders, build robust models, and improve reporting clarity and data governance.

The role focuses on outsourcing services, logistics, credit and collections, merchant fees, and related costs, delivering actionable insights and scalable processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, planning, and data tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; explain finance clearly.
• CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent qualification completed or in progress.
• Experience in finance business partnering and cost management.
• Curiosity and ability to improve data quality and reporting processes.
