Job summary

Accenture PLC, a premier partner for Google Cloud, seeks a hands-on Specialist to advance Google GECX solutions for client engagements. You will support senior architects and contribute to end-to-end delivery across global projects.

You will work directly with clients, design enterprise-ready AI agents, and help orchestrate CCaaS deployments within client architectures, while collaborating with partners and delivery teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of technology transformation experience, focusing on contact center solutions.
Experience with CCaaS, AI agents, and cloud-based platforms across multiple environments.
Ability to align technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.

Responsibilities

Engage in client-facing activities to deliver end-to-end service solutions.
Architect and advise on integration between GECX offerings and client environments.
Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, routing, and observability.
Configure GECX CCaaS in client environments within architectural constraints.
Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile methods and resource planning.
Manage on-shore/off-shore project teams and maintain backlog epics & stories.
