Job summary

Linktal Recruitment is seeking a senior customs broker supervisor in Sydney, NSW. You’ll lead a 5-person team, remain hands-on with lodgments, and bridge the customs team with the owner. This long-standing forwarder offers nationwide exposure and a stable, supportive culture.

You will provide expert guidance on import regulations, tariffs, and documentation, while liaising with Australian Border Force and Biosecurity to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 customs brokers while staying hands-on with your own lodgments.
• Lodge import declarations across a large variety of products and clients.
• Provide clear, professional advice to clients on import regulations, tariffs, and documentation.
• Liaise directly with Australian Border Force and Biosecurity officers as required.
• Maintain compliance across all customs legislation and regulatory requirements.

You will:

You have

10+ years experience as a customs broker (experience as a Customs Supervisor / Manager preferred but not a must)

An active Australian Customs Broker Licence
