DSV is seeking a skilled Customs Broker to join our Sydney team, delivering efficient clearance for clients and ensuring compliance with AU Customs and Quarantine. You will authorise operational requirements, manage tariff classifications, and liaise with customers and suppliers to provide accurate information.

You will maintain client files, handle deliveries, resolve issues, and drive process improvements while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Customs Brokers License and AEP Accreditation 19.1 (NCCC) & 19.2 (AEPCOM).
• Excellent communication, KPI achievement, planning, organisation and problem-solving skills required.

Responsabilités

• Authorise operational requirements to ensure efficient Customs and security clearances for customers.
• Identify tariff or initiatives to benefit the customer in relation to the clearance of goods
• Maintain client product files and auditing.
• Arrange customs clearance and delivery.
• Attend to client enquiries, including tariff classifications and concessions.
• Contribute to the customs team to ensure efficient lodgment of declarations and attainment of clearances.
• Resolve issues or provide technical advice to customers and team members.
