Job summary

Waterco & Davey Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Rydalmere head office. You will be the main contact for customers, handle inquiries, process orders and work with Sales, Warehouse and other teams to ensure excellent service.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, well-organised and comfortable communicating with people. Experience in customer service and ERP systems is preferred; Epicor experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or sales support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised and detail oriented with strong multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process orders and enter data accurately in the ERP system.
• Provide product, pricing, and availability details.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in Epicor ERP.
• Prepare quotations and support customers with product questions.
• Follow up on orders, backorders, and deliveries.
• Assist during busy periods and support the wider team.
