Job summary

APM is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Communities) to be the first point of contact for customers, guiding inquiries, booking appointments and resolving complex questions with calm and care across multiple sites.

You will use telephony and CRM systems, meet performance targets, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive culture while growing your career within the APM Group.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers - the voice that reassures, guides and gets things moving. From booking appointments to resolving queries and navigating tricky moments, you’ll help ensure every interaction ends on a positive note. You’ll work across multiple sites, using telephony and CRM systems with confidence and care.
