Majestic Textiles Ltd/Rubbertree is seeking a Customer Success & VoC Specialist to join our customer service team in Alexandria, NSW. This full-time role connects customers with internal teams to ensure their voice informs service improvements and business decisions.

You will act as a trusted partner, guiding stores, dealers and ecommerce customers, while turning feedback into actionable insights for Fleet, Finance, Retail and Wholesale channels.
