• Proven experience in customer service, customer success, or customer experience roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted point of contact for assigned customers across Fleet, Finance, Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce.
• Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
• Partner with product, operations and sales to drive customer-centric improvements.
• Support the voice of the customer (VoC) program and ensure feedback informs business decisions.
