Job summary

Aidacare in Geebung, Queensland, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to act as frontline troubleshooter, delivering outstanding sales skills and resolving customer issues by phone or email. You will build strong relationships, handle order placement, tracking and processing, and participate in our comprehensive training and benefits program.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not essential.
• Able to navigate computer systems to manage customer interactions.
• Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently.
• Learn and stay up-to-date with products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing.
