Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional to optimize workflows, data accuracy, and reporting across SaaS environments. This is a remote contractor role. You will configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, optimize revenue tooling, and build scalable processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential. Applicants should have 4+ years in Sales/Revenue/CS Ops and hands-on CRM experience, plus proficiency

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
