Seerist is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support APAC clients from Sydney, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and renewals with a technical solutions element. You will collaborate with Sales and the Technical Solutions team to configure the platform and support client success initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a customer-facing SaaS role, strong communication, and an ability to manage multiple relationships.

The Sydney-based APAC team is currently expanding.
The Customer Success Manager supports a portfolio of commercial clients across the APAC region, with responsibility split between two functions: primarily Customer Success, covering onboarding, adoption, and renewal management, with a smaller portion of the role sitting within Technical Solutions, supporting product configuration, implementation, and technical enablement work alongside the Technical Solutions team.
