Dahlsens Family Group of Companies is seeking a Customer Service & Data Entry Team Member in Hume, ACT. This full-time role supports our truss & frame customers through quotes and orders, handling inquiries by phone and email with accuracy and speed.

You will prepare and process quotes within required timeframes, verify documentation, and update our internal systems. A detail-focused, fast-paced team player with initiative will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in customer service, quote & order processing, data entry or administration role (preferred).
• Confident using computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office.
• Fast, accurate keyboard and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately entering customer quotes and orders into our systems.
• Processing customer quotes efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
• Responding to enquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicating with internal teams to confirm quote and order details.
• Maintaining accurate customer and quote and order records, including data checks and corrections.
• Ensuring compliance with Dahlsens policies and procedures across all order and administration activities.
• Providing exceptional customer service across phone, and email.
• Contributing to process improvements that enhance our quote and order management and data entry processes.
