The Customer Service & Data Entry Team Member plays a critical role in supporting our truss & frame customers through the quote and order process. As part of a small team, you will accurately enter and process customer quotes, respond to enquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
You will prepare and process quotes accurately and within required timeframes, reviewing job documentation and supporting information before to confirm everything is complete and correct. Where information is missing or incomplete, you will identify the gap and follow up so quoting isn't held up, and you will enter and maintain accurate customer and job information within our internal systems throughout.
This is a detail-focused, fast-paced role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys solving problems for customers, and gets satisfaction from getting the details right first time.
