Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within a SaaS, software or technology services environment.
• Proven track record of leading implementation, professional services, customer onboarding or support functions at scale.
• Strong financial and commercial management experience, including revenue accountability, forecasting and budget ownership.
• Experience implementing workforce planning, resource management and utilisation models.
• Deep understanding of project management governance, delivery frameworks and customer lifecycle management.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging operational and customer data to drive decision making.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, adoption, support and ongoing optimisation services, ensuring customers realise value quickly.
• Develop and execute service strategies to improve customer experience, efficiency and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and act as a senior escalation point for critical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, scalability and satisfaction.
• Deliver against revenue and profitability targets, managing budgets and forecasting.
