Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a strategic leader to drive successful delivery of professional services, implementations, enrolments and support across a customer portfolio. You will lead onboarding, adoption and ongoing optimisation to ensure customers realise value quickly and achieve business outcomes.

Working with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success, you will drive operational excellence, customer retention and sustainable growth while maintaining strong governance and financial

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in SaaS/technology services.
• Proven track record leading implementation, onboarding or support at scale.
• Strong financial/commercial management incl. revenue accountability and forecasting.
• Experience workforce planning and resource management models.
• Deep understanding of project governance, delivery frameworks, and lifecycle management.
• Advanced analytics using operational and customer data for decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, adoption, support and optimisation services, ensuring customers realise value quickly.
• Develop and execute service strategies to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Build relationships with customers and act as senior escalation point for issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality, scalability and satisfaction.
• Deliver against revenue and profitability targets, managing budgets, forecasting and resources.
